Tonight, the Idaho Aquaculture Association wants to honor another Idaho pioneer, someone who, after 87 years, is still actively working in the field, and is President of the trout farm he and his family built back in the early 70s. That person is George Lemmon.
George is a true son of a pioneer. His father settled in and started farming this area three years before Idaho became a state. The Lemmon family has been farming crops, livestock, and fish in the Magic Valley ever since.
